Kim Stanley Heim

Kim Stanley Heim is originally from southwest Virginia where she attended Emory & Henry College for undergraduate studies. She then moved to Knoxville, TN and attended the University of Tennessee for graduate study. Following this, she began a career working in higher education as a professor. While a student at E&H, she experienced first-hand the transformative impact of campus ministry, which served as a foundation for her own faith and planted the seeds for her to later serve in small group leadership in the local church. As Director of the Wesley Foundation at Columbus State University, she works in the intersection of these callings and passions—college-aged students in small group ministry. Kim has a drive to develop leaders, encouraging students to step into their gifts and pursue God’s callings on their lives. She also strives to foster an environment where all know they are welcomed, wanted, and beloved children of God.
